I stopped counting the number of Leopard manuals somewhere around 90,000. But I 'll receive the latest and what it brings to the table. That's why I get the big bucks.

THE JUICE

"For those who would rather be shown how than told how"

Of course, this book covers the tips and tricks squirreled away witiin Leopard. It's divided into two page solutions. This is what separates this manual from the rest of the thousands already in publication.

What you do is locate your problem or interest in the index, turn to that page and you'll find a two page spread, accompanied with pictures to help you accomplish your goal. And it's very easy to follow. There's also more information and real world examples on the web.

THE RIND

Nada.

SUMMARY

Que's Mac OS. X Leopard is useful for the beginner up to the power user. And its unique format makes it quick and easy to use. And it's not intimidating like Pogue's tome. Mac OS. X Leopard is only half as thick. (That's not to say that Pogue's book is lacking for anything.)

But this book is a great way to accomplish a task with no fuss and no muss. Follow the steps and the pictures and you're well on your way.
